• Contact & Identity Details: Full Name, Email Address, Mobile/WhatsApp Phone Number, and physical postal address for courier shipments of consecrated items.
• Sacred Ritual & Sankalp Information: Family Gotra, Nakshatra, Rashi, and Sankalp vows voluntarily provided for personalized temple archana and Annadanam.
• Vedic Birth Chart (Jathakam) Data: Date of Birth, exact Time of Birth, and Place of Birth used strictly to calculate planetary longitudes and generate Kundali reports.
• Transactional Data: Payment order identifiers and transaction statuses communicated securely via the Razorpay gateway. We never store credit/debit card numbers or CVVs.

3. Purpose of Processing

Devotee data is processed solely for legitimate purposes including:

• Dispatching booking confirmations, boat ride time slots, and priest assignments.
• Shipping consecrated Rudraksha, Gangajal, and store merchandise to your doorstep.
• Generating downloadable high-precision 6-page vector Jathakam and Muhurtham PDFs.
• Issuing 80G tax exemption receipts for religious donations.
• Sending OTP verification codes to safeguard account logins and prevent fraud.

4. Absolute Prohibition on Data Commercialization

We NEVER sell, trade, rent, or lease devotee personal data, birth chart data, or contact lists to any third-party advertisers, telemarketers, or commercial data brokers. Information is shared only with certified fulfillment partners (Shiprocket, Razorpay, Resend) strictly as required to fulfill your requested transactions.

5. Data Security & Encryption Standards

All communications between your browser and our servers are encrypted via industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3 / 256-bit SSL). Database records are secured within isolated Supabase enterprise clusters protected by Row Level Security (RLS) policies.

6. Devotee Rights & Data Erasure

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, you possess the absolute right to inspect, update, or permanently delete your stored profile, saved Jathakam reports, and communication preferences.
