KashiGuide operates as a premier pilgrim concierge and cultural heritage companion. Services offered encompass:

• Temple Darshan & Ritual Facilitation: Escorted temple navigation, Sankalp pujas, Rudrabhishekam coordination, and specialized assistance for senior citizens and differently-abled devotees.
• Riverways & Boat Bookings: Sunrise and Evening Ganga Aarti boat journeys operated by certified boatmen in strict compliance with Varanasi Municipal and Police navigation directives.
• Care Companions & Certified Guides: Verified local guides and elderly support companions facilitating comfortable navigation across Kashi's historic lanes.
• Astrology & Panchangam Portal: Authentic Vedic birth chart (Jathakam) calculations, matrimonial matchmaking (Porutham), and daily Panchangam generated via classical mathematical principles.

3. Sacred Sevas, Donations & 80G Tax Exemption

Voluntary contributions made towards Annadanam (free sanctified meals), Pinda Pradanam rituals, or Vedic Pathshala sponsorships are collected directly by Sanatan Seva Trust. Eligible contributions receive digital 80G tax exemption receipts under the Income Tax Act of India. Devotees affirm that all donations stem from lawful funds.

4. E-Commerce & Sacred Merchandise

All spiritual products—including lab-certified Rudraksha beads, sanctified Gangajal, Brass Murtis, and Puja Samagri—are sourced directly from verified artisans and consecrated according to traditional Vedic norms. Product representations, weights, and natural inclusions are documented accurately.

5. Payment Processing & Razorpay Gateway

Payments are securely processed via certified PCI-DSS compliant payment aggregators (Razorpay). KashiGuide never stores raw credit card numbers or UPI MPINs. Transactions are encrypted with 256-bit SSL protocols.

6. River Safety & Temple Administration Adherence

All boat excursions mandate life-jacket wear at all times. Temple entry protocols (dress codes, camera prohibitions, metal detector checks) are determined solely by the respective temple trusts (e.g., Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple Trust) and District Administration, and devotees must abide by local civil directives.
